If you have ordered DKI2 smallwares and need to return them for any reason, here is information regarding regarding return policies and processes.
If items were damaged during delivery
If less than half of your order is damaged during delivery, you can contact Direct Supply and we will provide a credit for the number of damaged items. You can dispose of the damaged items responsibly. If more than half of the order is damaged, contact Direct Supply and will coordinate a credit for the entire order. You can also indicate if your would a replacement order placed or just receive the credit. You will need to provide photos clearly showing the damage and the number of damaged items. Credits cannot be provided with out clear photos.
If items were not damaged during delivery but are no longer needed
If you have received your smallwares, but no longer need the amount you ordered, you have up to 180 days to initiate a return. You may only return unused items in their original packaging. Damaged products, used products, or products that are not in original packaging may not be returned.
You can request a return authorization. To get the return authorization, send an email to Suzanne Kucera skucera@dikfs.com. The subject line for your email should be "RA: #[Invoice number]". Replace [Invoice number] with the invoice number from your shipment.
After Suzanne confirms your return authorization, you can send your damaged products to the following address:

There will be a 20% restocking fee for each returned item.now re-stocking fees for any items damaged during shipping.
