DKI2 smallwares should not rust if you follow correct washing instructions. If you are experience rusting, you should contact Direct Supply with the following information:
- Provide the details of dishwasher setting and temperature you are using.
- Tell us which detergent/rinse aid you are using
- Tell us how you are drying your dishes. Are you doing it manually or using a dishwasher setting?
Direct Supply will also need details regarding how many pieces/dishes are being affected and we will ask for clear photo evidence showing the rusting.
Warranty information
DKI2 smallwares are warrantied for two years. If the issue you are experience is for items outside of that warranty period, we cannot offer any credits or process return of those items.
