What is your return policy?

Do you need to return an item and need a refund? If you received an order that did not meet your expectations, you can follow these steps to return the item and receive a refund.

Domestic returns (orders placed in and shipped to a US based address)

Returns:

You can return any unworn items for a refund. Simply fill out the return form and we will provide you a return label for $5.99 (this cost will be deducted from your refund value).

When calculating the refund for shirts included in the 3/$140 promotion please know kept items will be valued at full retail price ($55 per shirt)

Store Credit :

Swapping out for something different? Great! The Tie Bar does not offer traditional exchanges, but this is better. Quick, painless, and all in your control.

Simply let us know what you are sending back on the return form and we will provide a free return label. Once your package is back en route to us, we will email you with an online credit to place a new order.

International returns (orders place from or shipped to an address outside of the US)

For details or to request an international return, complete an International Returns Form with the following details:

-Order ID

-Item description and quantity

International orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Customers may ship the return items back with the carrier of their choice. We recommend receiving a tracking number for your return from your carrier. 

Please note, duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable.
