- First, submit a ticket using the Item Return Order Form. This is necessary for processing your return request.
- Next, let us know the incorrect item you received and the correct item you were expecting. This information helps us quickly correct the mix-up.
- After reviewing your ticket, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.
- Once you receive the label, securely pack the incorrect item in a box and send it back. We will process your return and send your replacement item as soon as we receive it.
