Where can I find tracking information?

 

Every week on the day of your shipment, we’ll email you a link to tracking information for your order and the tracking number. You can also head to your My Orders and click the “Track my order” button in the top right corner. Your order will be shipped out 1 to 2 days before they’re delivered (based on your ZIP code).

Just so you know, your tracking link may not show you information until the package is actually picked up by the carrier. If that happens, try checking back later.
